Booking Details

  • Preferred dates of stay
  • Number of guests -adults and children
  • Type of occasion - honeymoon, anniversary, family holiday, etc
  • Any special requests -e.g. dietary needs, food orders, celebration setups, excursions.

Deposit & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
  • Full payment is due 7 days before arrival
  • We accept EFT, credit card, and secure online payment options

Guest Information

  • Full names of all guests
  • Contact details - email and mobile number
  • ID or passport number for lead guest - for check-in purposes

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
  • 50% cancellation fee if cancelled within 7 days of arrival
  • No refund for no-shows or early departures

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-out: by 11:00 AM
  • Check-in: from 2:00 PM
  • Early check-in or late check-out available on request (subject to availability)

To confirm your reservation at Stargazer Villas, we require a 50% downpayment at the time of booking. This secures your dates and allows us to begin preparing for your personalised stay. The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival.

  • Our bar accepts cash payments for all beverages and snacks. Please settle your bill directly with the bartender at the time of service.
