At Stargazer Villas, all guests need to sign an indemnity form and acknowledgement of the house rules / terms and conditions upon arrival.  Our right of admission remains reserved.

FAQ

 

  • ID or passports of all guests to be provided prior to arrival.  Copies of ID’s or passports will be destroyed according to POPI post stay.
  • All guests to sign an indemnity form and acknowledgement of the house rules / terms and conditions upon arrival.
  • No third party bookings unless on behalf of the elderly.

 

  • Check-in: from 14h00
  • Check-out: by 10h00
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance.
  • For your comfort and safety, the pool is open daily from 07:00 until 22:00. We kindly ask guests to enjoy the pool within these hours.  We ask guests to text or phone for access to the pool so that the small dogs resident at the premises can be secured.
  • We kindly ask all guests to respect the peaceful atmosphere by keeping noise to a minimum after 22h00 & before 06h00, ensuring everyone can enjoy a restful evening.
  • We kindly ask guests to refrain from smoking indoors to maintain a fresh and comfortable environment for everyone. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available for your convenience, and we appreciate your help in disposing of cigarette butts responsibly. Please note that a deep-cleaning fee of R2,500 will apply for indoor smoking.
  • We kindly ask that no pets be brought onto the property. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
  • To ensure the comfort and security of all our guests, we kindly ask that only registered guests stay overnight. If you’d like to have day visitors, please arrange prior for approval with your host.  

 

  • For your safety and peace of mind, please ensure the unit doors are locked when you leave during the day or evening.
  • Our security system will automatically overnight.  If you’ve arranged for later entry, kindly arm the alarm before retiring for the night. We also ask that safety equipment such as fire alarms and extinguishers not be tampered with, as they are essential for everyone’s protection.

  • We kindly ask all guests to respect local customs and adhere to applicable regulations during their 0.stay. For the safety and comfort of everyone, no illegal activities are permitted on the property. Thank you for helping us maintain a welcoming and responsible environment.


 

  • We kindly ask guests to take care of the property and its amenities during their stay. Please note that guests are responsible for any damage incurred, and the full cost of repair or replacement may apply. Thank you for helping us maintain a beautiful space for everyone to enjoy.
  • Penalties will be deducted from your deposit.
  • Severe breaches (eg: parties or illegal activity) will result in reservation cancellation & eviction.
